About the Supply Chain Logistic Associate role

As an Supply Chain Logistic Associate, you will be responsible for developing reverse logistics supply chain and warehouse solutions for new and existing brand partner relationships using Trove’s patent technology. You will need agility as you anticipate and translate customer needs into operational processes, software solutions and program implementations. Your main objective is to develop innovative and realistic logistics solutions that meet the customer’s requirements in terms of cost and performance. These solutions consist of 3PL onboarding, warehouse software implementations and new program operational requirements.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement supply chain and warehouse solutions for new and existing brand partners.
  • Anticipate and translate customer needs into operational processes.
  • Manage systems and workflows for physical products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions, effectively managing complexity and change.
  • Ensure no important details slip through the cracks with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively surface and address issues and areas of potential risk.
  • Balance speed with quality and accuracy, providing daily and weekly visibility to team performance against goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
  • Support the final stages of the sales process by scoping and implementing appropriate production center services for new partner programs.
  • Drive the integration of new partner merchandise into our single-SKU production workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Trove team members to meet partner needs and ensure repeatable outcomes for new initiatives and special projects.
  • Investigate new program services for existing and new partners.
  • Collaborate with production center managers to map new partner merchandise flow through processes.
  • Test new methods of processing to meet partner and company requirements such as customer buying experience, processing speed, and listing cost.
  • Produce and organize documentation to support the integration of new partners into existing workflows.
  • Advise the Partnerships & Business Development teams on best practices and educate them on how to use our solutions to meet partner requests.
  • Demonstrate excellent follow-through on a variety of tasks such as data collection, reporting, workflow experimentation, and other projects as needed.

 

Experience You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, distribution, supply chain or 3PL industries.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing systems and workflows for physical products.
  • Understanding of warehouse management software.
  • 3PL and vendor management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to cope effectively with complexity and change.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, different work streams at once.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring important details do not slip through the cracks.
  • Proactively surfaces and addresses issues and areas of potential risk.
  • Passionate about recommerce, reverse logistics, and the circular economy.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment, manufacturing, or processing is a plus.

Trove is committed to creating an equitable and transparent workplace. The annual compensation range for this position is $68,128-$96,388 plus equity. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
