About Trove

Brands lose billions each year to returns, excess inventory, and non-new product. Trove transforms that liability into a growth engine.

We provide the software and operational infrastructure that enables leading brands to recover value from non-new inventory like returns and pre-loved goods through resale, trade-in, repair, and warranty claims. Brands including Canada Goose, Patagonia, Michael Kors, Carhartt, BÉIS, and Steve Madden rely on Trove to power returns management, resale sites, reverse logistics, and value-added services across North America and Europe. By integrating into complex retail ecosystems, Trove helps brands maximize recovery, acquire new customers, deepen loyalty, and drive sustainable growth.

Trove is a Certified B Corporation headquartered in the U.S., with a European office in Berlin.

About the Product Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for two primary roles:

First, you will own Trove’s Sales Channel platform — spanning branded storefronts, marketplace integrations, and Trove’s enterprise API products that enable mainline brand integrations. Trove currently powers over 50 branded resale programs. With this role, you will own Trove’s resale channel products and integrations end-to-end, launch new channels and integrations, own the conversion optimizations, site designs and feature set, and collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to prioritize roadmap initiatives.

Second, you will be responsible for designing the product delivery process across our suite of products, and be accountable for shipping products for the business and our clients. In this role, you will design and manage the execution of our delivery processes to improve predictability, reduce launch timelines, and scale execution as we grow. You will manage both internal and external stakeholders, and align expectations early in the development process.

This is a highly strategic role, as we believe consistent and predictable product delivery is central to seizing the re-commerce market. To thrive in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a b2b mindset, along with strong communication skills, grit, entrepreneurialism, resourcefulness, and resilience, as you'll be tackling many competing priorities.

What You'll Do

Sales Channels product management:

  • Drive the long-term vision and roadmap for Sales Channel products, including Trove’s branded storefronts, agentic commerce channels, and marketplace integrations (e.g., eBay, Depop).
  • Lead the launch of new channels and integrations, taking full ownership of site designs, feature sets, and conversion optimizations to scale Trove's 50+ branded resale programs.
  • Collaborate with existing and prospective clients to understand their sales channel and storefront visions and bring them to life. Act as the voice of the B2B and B2C customer in Sales Channel product design, gathering direct feedback from customers and brand partners in the market.
  • Navigate through a difficult and messy Sales Channel roadmap that requires negotiating priorities and resolving constraints.

Organizational product delivery process:

  • Design, manage, and be accountable for end-to-end product delivery processes to improve predictability, reduce launch timelines, and scale execution as we grow across the entire product suite.
  • Build repeatable templates and processes, including template PRDs, prototyping systems, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria, and leverage AI tools to improve processes.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders early in the development process to manage expectations and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Collaborate with other product team members, Trove’s c-suite, and cross-functional and client teams to prioritize roadmap initiatives and ensure predictable delivery process.
  • Design product delivery dashboards, track delivery performance, and build alerting systems to alert the team on delivery issues.
  • Serve as a strategic thought leader, internally and externally, on consistent and predictable product delivery as a key driver for seizing the re-commerce market opportunity.

Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product delivery.
  • Experience building and executing product delivery processes, including designing and facilitating change management processes to ensure adoption of delivery processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the experience presenting large-scale strategies to internal and external executives..
  • Entrepreneurialness and resourcefulness, grit and ability to work in ambiguity.
  • Track record of rapidly developing prototypes, and launching new, large-scale offerings.
  • Experience working with the online sales ecosystem, including Shopify storefronts and apps, and other marketplaces like eBay, depop, etc.
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities, including experience building reporting and conducting data analysis. Reviewing API docs and JSON schemas, and using AI tools to build prototypes should come natural to you.
  • A passion for AI, using it to write PRDs, vibe code, etc.
  • Experience managing engineering projects; i.e. assisting in tracking goals/timelines, writing technical acceptance criteria, prioritization of sustainment work, etc.
  • Grit and resilience, with a track record of overcoming a variety of challenges.
  • Technology startup experience or successful entrepreneurial side-project.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
