About Trove Recommerce

Brands lose billions each year to returns, excess inventory, and non-new product. Trove transforms that liability into a growth engine.

We provide the software and operational infrastructure that enables leading brands to recover value from non-new inventory like returns and pre-loved goods through resale, trade-in, repair, and warranty claims. Brands including Canada Goose, Patagonia, Michael Kors, Carhartt, BÉIS, and Steve Madden rely on Trove to power returns management, resale sites, reverse logistics, and value-added services across North America and Europe. By integrating into complex retail ecosystems, Trove helps brands maximize recovery, acquire new customers, deepen loyalty, and drive sustainable growth.

Trove is a Certified B Corporation headquartered in the U.S., with a European office in Berlin.

  • Develop documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support new partner integrations.

2. Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for European brand partners, building trust and managing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, facilitating discussions on everything from carrier rates and packaging to marketing statements and program expansion.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to scale partner programs across EMEA.

3. Financial Coordination

  • Execute financial tasks and reporting under the direction of the US Finance Team to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Support the transition and validation of business models, such as moving from principal to agent models for net revenue recognition.

Experience You Bring

  • Professional Background: Minimum 6+ years in account management, project management, or implementation within the e-commerce or SaaS sectors.
  • Sector Expertise: Proven experience in e-commerce project management is essential.
  • Financial Literacy: Comfortable with financial tasks, reporting, and coordinating with international finance departments.
  • Technical Savvy: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, warehouse management software, and data integration.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills in German and English; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Applicants must reside in Germany and hold a valid German work permit.
  • Ideally based in or near Berlin to facilitate collaboration with our European headquarters.
  • Available to start from July 2026.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
