    across digital platforms.

Website Performance & Optimization

    engagement, and overall website performance.
  • Support A/B testing, prototype validation, and experimentation initiatives by designing
data-driven variations informed by user behavior, analytics, and performance insights.
  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral data to continuously refine digital experiences
and reduce friction in the customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital product managers, developers, marketers, and brand teams to
ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Maintain design documentation and support developers during implementation to ensure
    design accuracy.

Design Systems & Best Practices

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Trove Brands’ digital design systems
    and UI components.
  • Ensure all designs follow modern UX best practices, accessibility standards, and
    responsive design principles.
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve
    digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a
    related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within DTC, e-commerce, or digital
    product environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and digital interface work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
    platforms.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and scalable design systems.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, behavioral analytics, and
    experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and modern web development constraints.
