As a Forklift Operator you will coordinate the receiving, preparation, and shipping of product. This candidate will play an integral role in the efficiency of Trove Brands Inbound/Outbound supply chain. They will be expected to be a leader in all aspects of the Fulfillment Crew's job duties. This candidate should have a very strong drive/work ethic to encourage solid production numbers from themselves as well as those they work with.
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Maintain highest levels of forklift operating safety procedures
- Direct the put away and bin replenishment operations by example
- Strategize inbound receiving procedures
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy during dock to stock process and bin transfers
- Lead varying warehouse team projects, ensuring maximum group efficiency
- Manage warehouse organization, general cleanliness and safety procedures
Qualifications
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- General Warehousing experience
- Forklift Operating experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, proactive and highly motivated
- Keen attention to detail
