Domestic 3PL Specialist

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic 3PL partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance.
• Enforce KPI compliance, especially OTIF, and address bottlenecks.
• Communicate volume changes and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Negotiate pricing improvements to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations.
• Communicate, track, and escalate operational constraints or issues that need quick resolution.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in fulfillment operations or 3PL warehouse management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and task management (project management experience is a plus).
• Expert problem solving; finding root causes of issues/constraints and drives resolutions.
• Learns warehouse portals and ERP systems quickly and thoroughly (Acumatica experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyze spreadsheets to identify fulfillment and KPI metrics (analytics experience is a plus).
