About the Role:
The Provider Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding Trovo Health's provider network. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. As a key player in Trovo Health's expansion, you’ll drive strategic initiatives to enhance provider engagement and satisfaction. [competitive target compensation ($80K - $100K), strong benefits, and a hybrid NYC (Union Square) location.]
Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume provider outreach, facilitating initial contact and onboarding processes to create a streamlined and exceptional experience for providers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with providers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to discover new opportunities for expanding the provider network.
Use data and feedback to refine outreach and engagement strategies to meet growth objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to streamline and improve the provider growth process.
Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to help providers maximize their use of the platform.
Ensure all provider growth activities adhere to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Contribute to the development of compelling marketing and education materials to drive provider awareness, engagement, and participation.
Monitor and analyze provider feedback, sharing insights with internal and external audiences to inform and improve product and engagement strategies.
Identify areas for continuous improvement within internal processes and systems, propose effective mitigation strategies, and actively support the implementation of improvements.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in provider relations, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Data analysis and reporting experience is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth goals.
A proactive and resourceful mindset, anticipating needs and solving problems efficiently.
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with or managing healthcare provider networks.
Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms or ancillary clinical services.
Background in healthcare sales, marketing, or operations.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage provider engagement and growth.
Advanced data analysis skills or experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.

About the Role:
Strategy & Operations Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing operational functions, strategic implementations, and product growth projects to ensure high-quality patient care and streamlined healthcare processes. This position will work cross-functionally with internal teams, healthcare providers, and operational stakeholders to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall service delivery. This role requires a data-driven leader with a strategic mindset who is capable of managing large teams and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this is an individual contributor role with [competitive target compensation ($150-180K + equity), strong benefits, and a hybrid NYC (Union Square) location.]

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a contract workforce to meet productivity and quality goals.
Lead new strategic initiatives and projects.
Lead strategic implementations.
Pioneer continuous improvement and workflow optimization efforts to streamline operations across teams and work queues; ensure SLAs and KPI targets are consistently met as we scale.
Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor in both leading end-to-end implementation and account service.
Manage escalations arising from clinical and operational teams; partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to understand issue scope, identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and drive resolution.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient experience, drive engagement, and improve clinical outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies.
Must Haves:
6+ years of experience in high-growth environments or similar.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable insights.
Eager to roll up your sleeves and work closely with teams to solve problems at the ground level.
Strong business acumen and data fluency, with the ability to spot trends and ‘connect the dots’; comfortable with both high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complexity simply and inspire others with your vision.
Passionate about healthcare innovation and operational excellence.
Prior experience in healthcare / healthtech
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience managing a remote or hybrid workforce across multiple locations.
Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar platforms.
Experience working in a high-growth startup, digital health company, or telehealth environment.
Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare.
