YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution. This role requires someone with a strong technical foundation—particularly in cloud-based services—and a deep understanding of data flows, user workflows, and how these intersect to create scalable, intuitive products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with users, designers, and engineers to define product functionality and prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility
- Create clear, actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and other specifications that guide engineering execution
- Map and document user workflows, data flows, and system dependencies to ensure a full-stack understanding of product behavior
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive product experiences and vice versa
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to release—ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery on scope on the features you own
- Define and track success metrics, gathering feedback and iterating quickly to improve outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional input and drive consensus among engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders
- Provide transparent, concise program updates to executives and partners with clarity and technical precision through documentation, dashboards, and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience
- Proven experience working with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, API design, and backend/frontend integration points
- Ability to visualize and communicate complex data and user workflows
- Experience writing technical documentation, PRDs, or system specifications
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
- Technical background (e.g., degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant work experience)
- U.S. Citizen
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience with tools like AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or similar cloud platforms
- Experience in developer tools, data products, or infrastructure-heavy platforms
- Background in UX, systems engineering, or technical program management
- Experience working on space-related programs (e.g., SDA, satellite operations, RPO training, or electronic warfare)
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) systems and training architectures (e.g., HLA, DIS, or LVC)
- Familiarity with Human Factors, accessibility in mission-critical environments, and MIL-STD design principles
- Active or eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance
