ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

Reporting to the Director of Growth, Digital, this role is responsible as a team leader for defining and executing Rocket Money’s digital paid acquisition strategy. You will operate as a senior leader within the Growth organization by owning performance outcomes while leading and developing a team of growth marketers.

You will oversee the execution, analysis, and optimization of digital acquisition channels, with deep experience in mobile app performance marketing across paid social and other scalable digital channels. On top of that, you will be a thought-leader in growth data discovery, go-to-market strategy, creative strategy, growth engineering/data partnerships, and challenging the media buying status quo.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate, measurable impact on Rocket Money’s growth. We are in a hyper-growth phase, and as a team leader on the growth team, you will be expected to accelerate velocity, unlock new scale, and raise the bar for how we approach performance marketing.

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead and manage a high performing pod of growth marketers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Own the strategy and execution of Rocket Money’s digital user acquisition efforts across paid social, paid search, affiliates, and ad networks, with significant experience in mobile app install performance marketing.
  • Drive performance across major paid social platforms, including Meta, with a strong understanding of campaign structure, creative testing, audience strategy, and attribution in privacy constrained environments.
  • Lead creative strategy across various digital acquisition verticals by conducting deep levels of creative analysis with the ability to translate these learnings into actionable directions.
  • Evaluate performance through multiple attribution lenses, including SKAN, last click, incrementality, and modeled approaches to inform decision making.
  • Expand Rocket Money’s acquisition channel portfolio through structured testing, clear experimentation roadmaps, and disciplined performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and CRM to improve measurement, unlock new growth levers, and align acquisition strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform changes to identify emerging opportunities in mobile app and web user acquisition.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

  • 6 or more years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing at a high growth consumer company, startup, or agency.
  • People management experience with track record of developing high performing growth or media buying teams.
  • Deep experience in mobile app performance marketing, with hands on ownership of paid social channels including Meta and Tiktok.
  • Strong analytical foundation with fluency in core growth and efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV to CAC, and blended performance.
  • Proven ability to translate data and experimentation into clear strategic direction and execution.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making fast decisions with imperfect information.
  • Naturally curious, with a strong inclination to question assumptions and validate ideas through data and experimentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and or SQL. Experience with Looker or similar analytics tools is a plus.

Additional information: Salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 + bonus + benefits, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
