ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

Reporting to the Director of Growth, Digital, this role is responsible for owning and shaping Rocket Money's paid social acquisition strategy from the ground up. You will be a senior individual contributor within the Growth organization who operates with a high degree of autonomy, directly owning performance outcomes across our highest impact paid social channels and serving as a subject matter expert for the team.

This is not a plug and play role. You will be expected to identify opportunities, build frameworks, and develop scalable strategies where none may exist today. You will manage the end to end execution, analysis, and optimization of paid social campaigns, with deep hands on experience in mobile app performance marketing across TikTok, Meta, and other emerging social platforms. You will also drive creative strategy, audience development, and testing roadmaps that unlock measurable growth at scale.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate, measurable impact on Rocket Money's growth. We are in a hyper growth phase, and as a senior growth marketing manager, you will be expected to take ownership of ambiguous problems, build solutions from scratch, and continuously push the boundaries of paid social performance while helping to elevate the capabilities of the broader team.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own the hands on execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other paid social platforms, with a focus on mobile app install performance at scale.
  • Define and own the paid social acquisition strategy, building frameworks, processes, and playbooks from the ground up to drive sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Develop and manage creator ad programs and partnerships, including sourcing, testing, and scaling creator content for paid social channels.
  • Operate with autonomy to identify new opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and execute against goals with minimal oversight.
  • Drive performance through expert management of campaign structure, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing within privacy constrained environments.
  • Lead creative strategy by conducting deep creative analysis and partnering with creative teams to develop data informed briefs, iterate on winning concepts, and scale top performers.
  • Evaluate performance through multiple attribution lenses, including SKAN, last click, incrementality, and modeled approaches to inform strategic decision making.
  • Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps to validate new audiences, creative formats, platform features, and emerging channels.
  • Proactively identify gaps in current processes, measurement, or strategy and build solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Product, Engineering, and CRM to improve measurement, troubleshoot tracking issues, and unlock new growth levers.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid social opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and share learnings with the broader team.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on channel performance and communicate insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the growth team, helping to elevate best practices and contribute to team development.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

  • 6 or more years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing at a high growth consumer company, startup, or agency.
  • Proven track record of building paid social strategies and programs from scratch, not just optimizing existing efforts.
  • Deep hands on experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, with demonstrated expertise in TikTok and Meta ad platforms.
  • Experience building and scaling creator ad programs, including managing creator partnerships and integrating creator content into paid social strategies.
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and thrives in environments where you are expected to figure things out and drive results independently.
  • Strong background in mobile app performance marketing, including extensive experience with app install campaigns, MMPs, and iOS privacy frameworks (SKAN, ATT).
  • Strong analytical foundation with fluency in core growth and efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV to CAC, and blended performance.
  • Proven ability to translate data and experimentation into actionable optimizations, strategic recommendations, and long term roadmaps.
  • Self starter mentality with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution without waiting for direction.
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments and making quick decisions with imperfect information.
  • Naturally curious, with a strong inclination to question assumptions and validate ideas through testing and data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to cross functional stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL. Experience with Looker or similar analytics tools is a plus.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
