We at the Growth Hacking team, have the mission to grow the user base, increase engagement and boost revenues. We try to achieve this with a focus on product-led growth.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and conversion optimizations for our native Android application. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated ownership of product areas, led small teams, and collaborated effectively with Android engineers, product designers, and data analysts.

The impact you will create: 

  • Define and execute growth, retention, and conversion strategies for our native Android application.
  • Develop and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to optimize user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Android engineers, product designers, and data teams to drive impactful product initiatives.
  • Identify key metrics and analyze user behavior to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Take ownership of product areas, leading small teams or independently delivering high-quality projects.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritize initiatives effectively, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate insights, progress, and results to stakeholders with a strong data-driven narrative.
  • Apply sound judgment in decision-making, ensuring a balance between speed, impact, and technical feasibility.

What you bring in

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferably working on mobile applications with a focus on growth, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable working closely with Android engineers, product designers, and different stakeholders to align priorities and execute effectively.
  • Experience in independently delivering small-scale projects or leading a team with strong execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in hypothesis-driven product development 
  • Ability to define key success metrics, analyze user behavior, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement. 
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies

It would be great if you also have:

  • SQL and basic data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights.
  • Experience with mobile-first growth strategies and best practices
