We at the Ad Sales team are responsible for building and nurturing relationships with the region’s largest advertisers. The team is focused on providing the right solutions to meet the client's and agency partners' marketing objectives. 

As a Programmatic Ads/ Yield Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue through programmatic channels, driving yield management strategies, and maximizing the efficiency of our ad inventory. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure we stay ahead of trends in the programmatic advertising space.

What you bring in: 

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or yield management.
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and skilled at optimizing ad inventory for maximum yield.
  • You have experience working with ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving and innovation.

The impact you will create:

  • Optimize yield across programmatic demand sources, ensuring revenue maximization through detailed analysis and strategy.
  • Manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and other key partners to identify and implement growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance, segment data, and leverage insights to adjust strategies for better revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement new ad formats, features, and integrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
