We at Truecaller for Business at Truecaller focus on providing value to medium / large enterprises by improving the way they communicate with their customers. Our CX and brand identity management solutions help businesses achieve more by enhancing their presence on Truecaller as a Verified Business. We also help in improving customer experience via the calling medium by making the entire communication more contextual and personalised thereby adding trust, relevance & safety to communication.

As part of our aggressive growth plans, we are looking to bring in an experienced person within our Go To Market organisation, to lead our Enterprise BU and help in scaling  our Customer Success function. 

As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in International Partnerships drives the global strategy, recruiting, and enabling key strategic partners (CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom) in international markets. Additionally negotiations, co-develops GTM strategies, monitors performance, and ensures strong, long-term relationships to meet global growth targets 

What you bring in: 

  • 6-10 years of professional experience
  • Define and execute a comprehensive international partnership strategy that aligns with the company's global growth objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new strategic partners (Communication Platforms, Si, Resellers, etc.) in target international markets.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance targets, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to co-develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell and support company's solutions..
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline development, customer acquisition) and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed about international industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., telecom/financial regulations in different countries), and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Address and resolve any issues or channel conflicts that arise within partnerships. 

The impact you will create:

  • Proven experience in international business development, channel sales, or partnership management within the CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications sector.
  • Deep understanding of cloud communication technologies, CPaaS solutions, and the international telecom landscape, including regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable partnership strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Worked with fast-growing CPAAS/SAAS organisations
  • Exposure to International markets
