Senior UX/UI Designer
We are seeking an exceptional UX/UI Design leader to oversee our website design systems. In this role you will own overhauling the site design architecture to improve site conversion rate, net revenue per session, and gross profit per session.
All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Own website design system. Overhaul and own consistency with design guidelines for navigation, filters, PDP, PLP, Product Card, and Mini cart designs.
- Lead user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design strategies.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.
- Mockups of all promotional banners and product card and PDP pricing copy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with CRO consultant on ideation, design concepts, and CRO and A/B testing roadmap
- Collaborate with brand creative design team to ensure consistency of colors, fonts, and design systems.
- Take direction from executive leadership team as well as director of ecommerce on UX/UI designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Qualification Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably on Shopify ecommerce sites
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and your design process.
- Proficiency with Figma, including prototyping
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers.
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

Work Environment:
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access within the United States. You will spend extended periods at a computer, so a comfortable and ergonomic workspace is essential. We provide the necessary tools and support to ensure a productive and collaborative virtual work experience. Additionally, the company holds quarterly all-hands meetings in California, which you would be expected to travel to and attend in person.
