True Classic is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to support our Co-Founder. This role involves managing a combination of personal household responsibilities and executive administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses exceptional communication and multitasking skills. This role is based in Calabasas and requires on-site presence five days a week. Preferred candidates reside in or near Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, or Woodland Hills.

Key Areas of Accountability

Personal Support and Household Coordination

  • Manage and oversee all travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Collaborate with household vendors such as electricians, dog groomers, and cleaning staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and address personal and household matters to ensure all needs are met efficiently.

Executive Support

  • Manage calendar appointments, business travel planning, and company events.
  • Coordinate business meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining follow-ups.
  • Handle a variety of executive administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, creating reports, and tracking key projects.
  • Support travel logistics, including occasional travel to prepare accommodations for business or personal trips.
  • Manage special projects and handle ad-hoc requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting high-profile individuals, executives, or families.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to a long-term career as a Personal Assistant.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Slack.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to protect and optimize the CEO’s time.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interactions with high-level professionals.
  • High degree of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Work Environment: 

This role is based in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, or Calabasas, with the ability to work on-site in the Calabasas office five days a week.
