Costco Roadshow Sales Representative

True Classic is looking for enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Representatives to represent our brand during Costco Roadshow events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the face of True Classic—engaging with shoppers, showcasing our premium men’s apparel, and driving on-site sales through compelling product presentations and personalized service.

This position is based in Dallas-Fort Worth and requires regular regional travel to Costco locations. Candidates must reside in the DFW metro area and be available for roadshows that may span up to 10 consecutive days.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a True Classic brand ambassador, warmly welcoming shoppers and providing personalized product guidance.
• Drive sales through energetic and knowledgeable product demonstrations.
• Set up and break down displays in coordination with Costco staff, maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure the presentation area is clean, organized, and aligned with True Classic’s visual identity.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to event sites.
• Comfortable being on the road for up to 10 days at a time.
• Experience in retail sales, product demos, or previous Costco roadshow work is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and convert customers in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as required by the event schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay starting at $16.50 per hour, complemented by a robust commission plan that rewards performance.
