Store Manager

San Jose, CA

True Classic is seeking an experienced and people-first Store Manager to lead our Valley Fair retail location in San Jose, CA. This role requires a high-energy, customer-obsessed leader who can drive performance, coach exceptional teams, and operate with precision across all facets of store operations. You’ll own the full store experience—leading your team, driving results, and delivering on True Classic’s promise to customers. You’ll be both a coach and a player: developing talent, inspiring energy on the floor, and using your operational expertise to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume retail, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings a deep passion for delivering memorable customer experiences through people and product. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate, problem-solve in real time, and turn daily moments into lasting impressions for team members and customers alike.

All roles at True Classic are global and omnichannel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels.
