Content Production Associate (Contract/Part-Time)

True Classic is seeking a scrappy and entrepreneurial Contract/Part-Time Content Production Associate to help us create performance-driven ads and organic content that stops the scroll. You don’t need years of experience — just a strong creative instinct, a graphic design background, and the hunger to learn and grow. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to break into the world of performance creative and eCommerce marketing. 

You’ll help concept, design, and produce engaging ads and content across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to bring fresh ideas to life.

All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels. This role will allow you to impact operations worldwide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering success across diverse markets and platforms.

Note: This is a on-site role based out of our Calabasas, CA office, with the expectation to work onsite 5x per week.

Areas of Accountability

• Bring creative ideas to life — from concept to design to final asset (ads, graphics, short-form videos, etc.) for paid and organic channels.
• Brainstorm new creative ideas for campaigns and product storytelling.
• Assist in developing and testing creative variations to improve performance.
• Work closely with the media and creative teams to iterate based on data and feedback.
• Keep up with current social media trends, cultural moments, and creator-style content.

Requirements

• A creative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset — you make things happen.
• Background or interest in graphic design, digital media, or content creation.
• Strong visual sense; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut is a plus.
• Comfortable learning quickly, experimenting, and taking feedback.
• Passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with real audiences.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $30-$35/hour
