
Store Manager
True Classic is hiring a Store Manager to lead retail store operations, team performance, and customer experience at our Mission Viejo, CA location. In this role you will drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and execute operational excellence across all aspects of the store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistently exceed performance goals.

Areas of Accountability
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Keyholders
- Role model and reinforce the TRUE Experience through service, energy, and connection on the floor
- Provide consistent coaching, structured development plans, and clear expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and performance
Customer Experience & Sales Performance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences rooted in connection, product knowledge, and presentation
- Own store KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, and AOV; coach the team to exceed goals
- Lead from the floor by building client relationships and driving daily momentum
- Celebrate wins and energize the team to create a high-touch, results-driven environment
Store Operations & Brand Standards
- Ensure operational excellence across cash handling, inventory management, and back-of-house organization
- Maintain visual merchandising and floor presentation aligned with brand standards
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses in line with productivity targets
- Uphold a clean, organized, and inspiring retail environment
Business Ownership & Strategic Execution
- Understand the store’s role in the broader business and adapt strategies to local market needs
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform decisions and improve performance
- Partner with regional leadership on marketing activations, events, and community outreach
- Own and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume or customer-centric environment
- Proven success leading teams to exceed sales KPIs and deliver strong customer experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Operational expertise in scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance
- Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading in an omnichannel or digitally integrated retail environment
- Strong track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
- Experience with clienteling and relationship-driven sales environments
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Passion for product, brand storytelling, and elevating the retail experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical tasks including restocking, merchandising, and floor resets
- Comfortable using ladders or step stools as needed for store operations
Workplace Arrangement
In-Person
This is an on-site retail leadership role based in Mission Viejo, CA. The Store Manager is expected to be present on the sales floor, leading the team and supporting day-to-day store operations, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
