As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll represent the True Classic brand in your community. You’ll connect with customers, offer personalized service, and help them find products they love—all while contributing to the success of our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, fashion, and creating positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Deliver the TRUE Experience through personalized customer interactions (training provided).
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise and provide tailored recommendations.
• Share knowledge about True Classic products to educate and inspire customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities to showcase products.
• Support the team in meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and brand updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred (experience in a high-volume environment is a bonus).
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• A positive, motivated, and goal-driven attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, and reaching.
