Mortgage Loan Officer (Inbound Leads Provided - DSCR/Non QM/Investor Lending)

Truehold - one of the nation’s leading real estate investment platforms (200+ employees, 15+ markets)—is rapidly expanding its mortgage division, Truehold Financial. This is a high-volume, inbound sales role with strong earning potential. You’ll be working primarily with real estate investors (DSCR, Fix-and-Flip, RTL) along with consumer-purpose loans, supported by a steady flow of leads from our in-house marketing engine. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and performance-driven who wants to help build and scale a growing lending platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert a high volume of inbound leads across DSCR, RTL/Fix-and-Flip, and consumer mortgage products
  • Qualify borrowers, structure deals, and guide clients to the best loan solutions
  • Collect documentation and submit clean, well-structured files to processing/underwriting
  • Manage a fast-moving pipeline with strong speed-to-lead, follow-up, and conversion discipline
  • Consistently hit monthly production and conversion targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with processing, underwriting, and capital markets to drive deals to funding
  • Provide feedback to improve turn times, workflows, and borrower experience
  • Contribute to building best-in-class investor lending programs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Originator
  • Proven track record of converting inbound leads and closing loans
  • Experience with DSCR, Non-QM, or investor-focused lending strongly preferred
  • Experience with consumer mortgages is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and pricing engines
  • Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting fundamentals
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate independently

Nice to Have

  • Active NMLS license (required for consumer lending)
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced lending environment
  • Familiarity with capital markets, pricing models, and investor products
  • Experience engaging with investor communities or industry events
