What You’ll Do:

 

You will have the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, helping to refine and improve their pharmacy-related solutions. Your contributions will directly impact millions of consumers by helping them save on prescription drug costs and improving their overall healthcare experience.

 

As a Product Owner, you’ll collaborate with development teams to refine product stories, participate in daily stand-ups, and supervise the product lifecycle. Your role will focus on driving the product toward its future vision while ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Own the refinement of product stories in collaboration with the development team.
  • Participate in daily standups and supervise the product throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Become deeply familiar with complex subject matter, simplifying it for diverse audiences.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize work, develop quarterly roadmaps, and guide the product’s vision.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts based on business needs.
  • Develop clear and detailed feature specifications for technical and non-technical teams.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

 

  • 2+ years of experience working in or around agile teams, business functions, or similar environments.
  • 2+ years of experience at a PBM or healthcare company, particularly in Benefit Administration, Implementations, or Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for structuring roadmaps, sprint planning, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
  • An insatiable curiosity for understanding how things work at their most fundamental level.

 

Additional Information:

 

  • This is a Hybrid role based in São Paulo, where you will be required to attend the office on specific days. You’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with experts in the field and contribute to exciting healthcare innovations.
