Our client is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes, and more. Our client is looking for aSenior Visual Designer with advanced motion graphics expertise to join their growing design team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating the visual design quality of their products and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with product designers and other stakeholders to create visually compelling and engaging experiences that effectively communicate the brand and product offerings.

• Collaborate with product designers to enhance the visual design of our products.
• Develop and maintain visual design guidelines for data visualization and iconography.
• Create high-quality corporate presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Produce sophisticated motion graphics, including animations that dynamically showcase product features and functionalities.
• Utilize a vector-based approach to animation, employing techniques such as shape transformation, color transitions, and dynamic on-screen elements.
• Present design work and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate).
• Expert-level understanding of visual design principles, including typography, image composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong ability to create vector-based animations with dynamic elements that go beyond simple transitions and layer animations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
