Role Hours: Monday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic care
  • Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions
  • Develop and present treatment plans with a patient-centered approach
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences through clear communication and compassionate care
  • Uphold clinical, ethical, and infection control standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
  • Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, and surgical procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality care
  • Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow within a long-term role
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment

Compensation
