What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Demand Planning, you will lead and strengthen the demand planning function as the company scales rapidly. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll bring 7+ years of experience in demand planning within the CPG industry—ideally with Blue Yonder expertise—and a solid background in statistical forecasting, S&OP, and cross-functional collaboration with large national retailers such as Walmart, Costco, and Target. You’ll be responsible for building accurate demand forecasts that drive production, inventory, and service decisions across multiple product lines and channels.

  • Lead monthly planning meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on goals.
  • Build and update forecasting models in Blue Yonder to support smooth operations and sales targets.
  • Create long-term demand forecasts that reflect market trends and company goals.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to include consumer insights and promotions in the forecast.
  • Support and guide team member(s) to help them grow and improve forecasting accuracy.

You have...

  •  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of demand planning experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in advanced forecasting models.
  • Proven track record working with major retailers (Walmart, Costco, Target, etc.).
  • Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA). 

 

Pluses

  • Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and visualization tools.
  • Master’s Degree in Business or related field.
