Job Description
As Strategy Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic agenda of Trust Bank and drive key strategic initiatives (AI adoption, strategic partnerships, M&A etc.). The role is within the CEO office, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. You will work closely with bank’s C-suite and stakeholders from all across the bank.
The Role Responsibility:
- Help to shape our bank-wide strategy, crafting and communicating our strategic agenda to the stakeholders. You’ll also be the bridge between long term strategy and our OKRs, helping to drive alignment across the organisation;
- Support or lead key strategic initiatives driven by the CEO Office;
- Support preparation of high-quality material for Board and other key stakeholder meetings, support investor relations and external radiation activities;
- Be a prominent advocate for the Bank’s culture, identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to create a positive impact.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive years of strategy consulting experience, ideally with focus on retail banking / fintech or combined with retail banking / fintech experience, passion for digital banking;
- Strong experience and passion for strategy, combined with experience and/or desire to drive strategic initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers/data, build financial models;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (e.g., presentations, memorandums), ability to collaborate effectively across levels;
- Self-starter, with high degree of self-organisation and planning but ability to adapt well to changing priorities, thrive in fast-paced environment.
