This Opportunity
Are you curious about how data can drive better healthcare outcomes? We’re looking for an entry-level Clinical Data Analyst who is passionate about working with healthcare data and eager to grow their technical and analytical skills. In this role, you’ll support the onboarding of new health system data into our platform, ensuring it is accurately integrated, validated, and documented.
This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals to contribute to meaningful data projects, learn from experienced teams, and help make complex data usable and valuable for clinicians, researchers, and patients.
What You'll Do:
- Support the integration of clinical data from new member health systems into our platform
- Assist in validating data quality, completeness, and consistency through profiling and analysis
- Help develop and maintain business rules for data movement and transformation
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand data structures and assist with requirements gathering
- Provide support to member health systems during the onboarding process
- Contribute to clear documentation of processes, findings, and best practice
Experience & Attributes:
- A strong interest in healthcare data, informatics, or clinical systems
- Exposure to or coursework in data analysis, data management, or health IT systems
- Basic understanding of clinical workflows or healthcare terminology (e.g., ICD, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR)
- Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar tools (academic or internship experience welcome)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a data or analytics role (internships, research, or school projects count!)
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH) is a plus
- Willingness to work with remote teams and collaborate across time zones

- The base pay for this position is $95,000 to $105,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
