Who We Need
Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.
This Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Research Operations product area within the Trusted Research Environment, part of the Evidence team at Truveta, which develops a modern research platform enabling researchers to generate high-quality real-world evidence from one of the world’s largest collections of electronic health record data.
Research Operations ensures that researchers and organizations remain informed and in control throughout the entire research lifecycle. It provides the shared platform capabilities that support every experience within the Trusted Research Environment, enabling transparency, governance, operational visibility, administration, auditing, cost management, and the operational metadata that captures the history and evolution of research over time.
As research becomes more collaborative, AI-assisted, and enterprise-scale, researchers and organizations need confidence that they remain informed and in control throughout the research lifecycle. They must understand what is happening, who performed actions, what changed, what work is running, what it costs, and maintain reliable audit trails for enterprise governance and regulatory requirements. As AI agents take on increasingly autonomous work, this need for transparency, governance, operational oversight, and cost awareness becomes even more critical.
You will bring together existing capabilities into a cohesive long-term strategy while identifying new opportunities to simplify enterprise research. You will partner closely with Engineering in both Seattle and India, Design, Security, Finance, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and other Product teams to build shared platform capabilities that enable the next generation of AI-native research.
