About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals. Your mission is to grow Picnic’s footprint by introducing our office lunch solution to companies that care about employee experience, culture, and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across a variety of industries
- Present Picnic to office managers, HR leaders, and workplace experience teams via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Tailor proposals to client needs — whether that’s recurring lunch programs, subsidized perks, or one-time events
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to onboarding
- Track progress in CRM and report on pipeline, forecasts, and learnings
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into office environments
- Highly valued: Experience selling food or wellness solutions to offices (e.g. catering, vending, lunch perks, etc.)
- Proven ability to hit or exceed quotas and close mid-sized to large accounts
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- Self-starter with a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit
