What You’ll Do:

We’re searching for a hustler—someone who’s as comfortable crafting a data-driven CRM campaign as they are brainstorming creative social content or planning an engaging office event. You’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts, leading initiatives across CRM, social media, brand marketing, partnerships, and events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is passionate about creating meaningful connections with customers.

B2B Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing
  • Build and run campaigns that generate leads and meetings for our sales team
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for decision-makers (Office Admins, HR, Workplace teams)
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, email, direct mail, and in-person activations
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using CRM and marketing data

 Eater Engagement, Retention & Referrals
  • Drive growth within our existing office users through lifecycle marketing (email/SMS)
  • Build referral and incentive programs to increase usage and word-of-mouth
  • Work with our ops and activation teams to create in-office moments and surprises
  • Run tests, analyze performance, and scale what works

Brand & Creative Marketing
  • Help shape and elevate Picnic’s brand voice and visual identity
  • Launch creative campaigns (digital, events, PR, OOH, partnerships) to drive awareness
  • Bring joy and delight to our eaters and partners — we want every lunch to feel like a treat
  • Collaborate with design and external creatives to bring ideas to life

 

Who you are: 

  • Have 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B and/or B2C marketing environment
  • Have led or supported account-based marketing or demand gen campaigns
  • Have excellent analytical skills
  • Have a creative spark but think resourcefully
  • Have experience with tools like Attentive, Braze, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
  • Are a strong communicator, collaborator, and biased toward action
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Operationally scrappy — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
