What You’ll Do

Real-Time Shipment Monitoring

  • Track deliveries using GPS, CRM, and logistics platforms
  • Monitor driver locations and delivery progress

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between drivers, dispatchers, and clients
  • Provide timely updates on delivery status or delays

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and resolve delivery disruptions (e.g., traffic, vehicle issues)
  • Re-route shipments when necessary to avoid delays

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure delivery confirmations and satisfaction

Data Logging & Reporting

  • Maintain records of delivered and undelivered packages
  • Report incidents or exceptions to supervisors

This role is based in our Bogotá office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
