About The Role

We’re hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist to support Picnic’s expansion into the Toronto market. This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who loves logistics and metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep us on track: Make sure operational data is clean, accurate, and ready for action.

  • Audit like a pro: Run quality checks and data audits to keep everything sharp and up-to-date.

  • Be the fixer: Handle process-driven customer requests, from payments to alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, and health permits, so our operations team can focus on what they do best.

  • Empower the team: Train colleagues on our systems and tools, offering support by phone and email with professionalism.

  • Pitch in everywhere: Jump in on other Business Operations projects whenever needed, no two days are the same!

  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically; you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

This role is based in our Toronto office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
