What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
• Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics, providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
• Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization.
• Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed, with some oversight. 

 

What we’re looking for

• Great communication skills.
• Advanced English.
• Data Analytics.
• Project management experience preferred.
• SQL & Excel are a must.

This role is based in our São Paulo office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
