What you’ll do

• Outbound Prospecting: Actively hunt and engage potential restaurant partners through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Pitch & Close: Deliver compelling pitches to restaurant owners and decision-makers, articulating the value of joining our Curated Corporate Delivery Platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal restaurant relations teams and other corporate departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
• Market Expansion: Analyze and dominate highly competitive US markets, identifying gaps in our current cuisine offerings and strategically filling them.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face and voice of our brand, building strong, lasting relationships with diverse culinary partners.

 

What we’re looking for

• The Hustle & Hunger: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion/acquisition targets in a fast-paced environment. You don't just hit goals; you crush them.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can charm a busy restaurant owner over the phone and write a killer pitch email.
• Relationship Builders: Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal corporate teams and external hospitality partners.
• Resilience: A positive, competitive attitude. You view "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes."
• Industry Savvy (Preferred): Prior experience in food-tech, hospitality, or corporate catering is a major plus.  Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.

What else you need to know 

This role is based in our Bogotá office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
