Overview
World renown esports & gaming lifestyle org TSM is looking for a high-performing Account Executive based in the Los Angeles Metro area to lead on all outbound and inbound sales opportunities. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge and experience selling in the esports/sports industry, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, closing deals and account management.
This position requires all hires to be onsite Monday - Thursday out of our Los Angeles (Playa Vista) office, with the option to WFH on Friday.
What You’ll Do
• Source and build corporate partnership relationships to scale revenue via
short and long term partnership deals.
• Create compelling, data driven sponsorship proposals that showcase the
value proposition of partnering with TSM.
• Drive sales process from sourcing to deal close, negotiating sales
agreements, terms, pricing and deliverables.
• Track sponsorship prospects weekly while updating key stakeholders.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for brand partners.
• Upsell and drive renewals with existing partners.
What It Takes
• 4+ years experience in B2B media or sponsorship sales.
• Creative thinker with ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills with a history of closing deals.
• Assertive and persistent self starter.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• Organized individual able to strategize timing of deliverables across teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Scrappy, individual who can handle projects to completion in a start-up
culture.
• Strong understanding of sponsorships, digital media and the esports
ecosystem.
• Knowledge of esports, gaming, sports and influencer marketplace.
• Lives in greater Los Angeles area (in office job).
