TTC Global is seeking a highly experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager with advanced CRM administration expertise to join our global team. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, this role combines demand generation leadership with CRM management, supporting ABM campaigns across EMEA, North America, and APAC. The initial focus will be on North America and APAC, so flexibility to work across those time zones is an essential requirement.

The ideal candidate will not only have extensive ABM and CRM experience but also act as a strategic advisor to sales teams, providing data-driven insights and best practices to ensure a seamless handover of leads and alignment with revenue objectives. This position requires strong executive presence and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

ABM & Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategic demand generation campaigns focused on revenue growth, targeting high-priority accounts, particularly within enterprise and financial sectors.
  • Build and manage our ABM program, including tech stack management.
  • Track performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Develop and execute Nurture Campaigns to engage leads at various stages and increase conversions.
  • Align all demand generation efforts with revenue and market share growth objectives, focusing on impactful contributions to the business.
  • Advise and collaborate with sales teams to design and align ABM strategies with sales targets, ensuring consistency in lead handover and nurturing processes.
  • Build and oversee a structured ABM program, customizing outreach and engagement to match account needs, and utilizing data to refine strategies.

HubSpot CRM Transition & Administration:

  • Lead TTC Global’s transition from Salesforce to HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, system configuration, and effective user training.
  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot CRM operations, ensuring accuracy, configuration, and performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for CRM inquiries and user support.
  • Oversee data hygiene and CRM integrations with other marketing and sales tools.
  • Train teams on CRM best practices, manage user roles, and set up workflows.
  • Establish workflows and processes within HubSpot that support ABM and demand generation objectives, while maintaining data privacy compliance with global standards (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Serve as the primary advisor on CRM best practices, supporting marketing and sales collaboration by providing actionable insights from CRM data.

Strategic Marketing & Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • In coordination with sales and marketing team members, develop integrated campaigns supporting sales plans, acquisition, and retention of target accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales lead handoff for Target Accounts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a change management leader to drive adoption of new ABM and CRM processes within the organization.
  • Leverage industry expertise to provide market insights and ABM tactics that improve sales engagement with high-value target accounts.
  • Ensure campaign and CRM alignment with revenue goals, proactively identifying areas for optimization.

CRM & ABM Introduction:

  • Lead the introduction and implementation of ABM within the company, establishing foundational processes for CRM administration and demand generation that directly support revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing during the introduction phase to ensure smooth integration of CRM and ABM processes.
  • Develop workflows, user training, and best practices for long-term success.

Tech Stack & Reporting:

  • Manage marketing tools and ensure effective CRM and marketing automation utilization.
  • Provide insights, identify trends, and track KPIs for campaign success and CRM performance.
  • Develop reporting frameworks for ABM and CRM campaigns, using key metrics to optimize performance and inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic planning with robust analysis and clear communication.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements:

Experience & Expertise:

  • 10+ years in B2B technology marketing, focusing on SaaS, software consulting, or similar sectors.
  • 8+ years in demand generation with a strong record of revenue-focused campaigns.
  • 5+ years in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with hands-on experience in campaign creation, execution, and optimization.
  • 3+ years in CRM administration (preferably HubSpot), including CRM transitions and marketing automation integration.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech stacks for ABM, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Advisory & Strategic Capabilities:

  • Experience as a strategic advisor to sales teams, providing insights that align ABM with sales strategies.
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills for engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Successful track record in change management and driving adoption of new tools within a sales-driven environment.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and CRM teams, with a focus on collaboration, influence, and shared accountability for target account engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to align ABM initiatives with sales targets and foster a cohesive relationship between marketing and sales.
  • Ability to develop integrated campaigns that support sales plans, acquisition, and retention of target accounts.

Data Privacy & Compliance:

  • Knowledge of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, with the ability to ensure CRM and ABM practices comply with these standards.

Analytical Skills & Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Strong orientation toward data analysis and experience translating data insights into actionable recommendations, particularly for CRM and ABM optimization.
  • Proficiency in tracking KPIs and optimizing campaign performance to align with revenue and market share growth objectives.

Educational Background:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
