Responsibilities:

  • Review short-form video and still image ads, checking for errors in the copy, visuals, audio, and graphics
    • Proofread for grammar and spelling
    • Ensure ads adhere to Brand and Legal Guidelines
      • Ensure prohibited language is not used in text or audio
      • Ensure prohibited imagery is not used
      • Ensure disclaimer language is correct
    • Ensure ads are free of technical errors, including video glitches and export errors
    • Ensure ads meet platform specifications
    • Note errors clearly, concisely, and completely in Frame.io to allow for quick and accurate corrections by the creative team
    • Work efficiently and independently through queue of jobs needing QC review

 

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (Digital Ad Quality Controller or Proofreader)
  • Excellent English language fluency (grammar + spelling)
  • Excellent English  oral and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail applied to QC work
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Technically literate; comfortable with a variety of computer applications
  • Familiarity with project management and digital video platforms, such as Monday.com and Frame.io preferred
