• Develop Lead Editors into confident managers who inspire performance while upholding quality

• Coach teams to excel under pressure, balancing aggressive timelines with creative excellence

• Apply your superior creative judgment to maintain exceptional quality standards at scale

• Engineer scalable workflows that maximize productivity and optimize resource allocation across hundreds of team members

• Implement performance tracking systems that ensure consistent ROI delivery across all client campaigns

• 5+ years post-production experience, 2+ years managing large teams (>50 reports)

• Ability to scale operations while maintaining premium creative standards

• Exceptional taste in visual storytelling and advertising aesthetics

• Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 USD per year, based on experience
