💰 Compensation: Base $200–300K + uncapped commission (OTE $600K+)

💡 The Role
We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to own and accelerate new mid-market revenue at TubeScience. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven closer with deep experience in agency, media, or marketing services sales.
You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from activating your executive network to negotiating and closing seven-figure deals. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, you’ll also help shape TubeScience’s go-to-market strategy as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, leads with relationships, and knows how to turn trust into revenue.
🎬 What You’ll Do
💼 Drive new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing executive relationships
🤝 Own complex sales cycles — from first conversation through negotiation and close
📈 Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects and priority verticals
🧠 Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and Creative teams to craft compelling pitches, proposals, and deal structures
🌍 Represent TubeScience at industry events and within your professional network
⚙️ Help refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting as the sales function scales
🧬 Who You Are
📊 10+ years of sales experience in media, creative, or advertising agency services
🏆 Proven track record of closing 6-figure mid-market deals
🤝 Deep, trusted relationships with senior marketing and growth leaders at major brands
📱 Master understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
🗣️ Polished communicator with executive-level presence and presentation skills
🚀 Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable building in fast-moving environments
📍 Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
