π‘ The Role
Weβre looking for a Marketing Director to build and scale TubeScienceβs B2B marketing engine from the ground up. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can turn creative storytelling, data-driven campaigns, and sharp positioning into a steady stream of high-quality leads and brand authority.
Youβll own the full marketing function β from strategy and brand positioning to demand generation and performance tracking. Youβll work cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure marketing drives real pipeline, revenue, and market presence.
This role is perfect for someone whoβs done it before: built a marketing function, scaled demand gen programs, and turned a brand into a magnet for the right buyers. Youβre equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator β and you know how to move fast without breaking things.

π¬ What Youβll Do
π Build and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership
π― Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, LinkedIn, SEO, content marketing, and ABM tactics
π€ Partner closely with Sales to align messaging, targeting, nurture sequences, and campaign follow-up to maximize conversion and pipeline velocity
π Design and optimize the full marketing funnel β track performance metrics, run experiments, and report on ROI with ruthless clarity
βοΈ Lead content strategy and creation β case studies, thought leadership, video marketing assets, and sales enablement materials that showcase TubeScienceβs edge
βοΈ Own the marketing tech stack β CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, attribution tools β ensuring seamless execution and reporting
π§ Develop TubeScienceβs brand positioning and messaging for key buyer personas and target verticals
π Represent TubeScience at industry events, on panels, and within professional networks to build brand credibility
π Test, learn, iterate β bring a growth mindset to everything and constantly push for better performance

𧬠Who You Are
π 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (agency, SaaS, or marketing services background strongly preferred)
π Proven track record of building and scaling lead gen programs that directly drive revenue and pipeline growth
π― Strong command of digital marketing channels, funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics
π£οΈ Exceptional storyteller and communicator β you know how to craft positioning that resonates with decision-makers and converts prospects into believers
βοΈ Hands-on executor β youβre not afraid to roll up your sleeves and run campaigns yourself while also thinking strategically
π± Data-driven and results-obsessed β you live in dashboards, love A/B testing, and optimize relentlessly
π€ Collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative, high-accountability environment
π Entrepreneurial and self-directed β comfortable building systems and processes in a rapidly scaling company
