About the Role:
We are looking for a VP Product, Discovery & AI to lead a team that will deliver best in class recommendations and discovery experiences for viewers, leveraging advanced ML and deep learning. You will be responsible for content ranking and recommendations, personalization of all in-app experiences, search capabilities, and how we gather signals and attributes for viewers and content.
You’ll work closely with engineering, machine learning, data science, design, and content teams to break down complex problems into goal-oriented product strategies and plans that will drive our business forward.

- Ensure AI is a core driver of viewer growth and retention, driving company-level impact
- Build best in class search, ranking and personalization capabilities for video entertainment
- Innovate on the content discovery experience, powered by AI
- Maximize the value of Tubi’s content catalog
- Uplevel the PM team; particularly with respect to their expertise in AI
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contribute to the growth and development of the PM discipline at Tubi
- Develop industry-leading technologies and UIs that help viewers find what to watch
- Use AI to understand the value of content for each viewer, and guide content acquisition strategies
- Analyze performance of ML/AI approaches and develop priorities and execution plans to increase the associated business impact
- Champion the use of AI throughout the product experience, even outside your direct span of responsibility
- Be accountable for achieving company/board-level growth objectives
- Drive growth in viewer adoption and engagement using data-driven product experiments
- Understand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions to overcome them
Your Background:
- 10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing products (entertainment-focused products and ML/AI experience preferred)
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing product teams
- Data-driven execution
- Ability to go deep into technical challenges with engineering and machine learning
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, machine learning, data science, design, and content teams to accelerate our growth
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps in high growth environments
- Ability to work with and influence senior executive teams across the company
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
California Compensation
Base ($334,000 to $477,000/year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
