About the Role:
As Advertising Associate, Standards and Practices, you will review advertisements and promotional content for compliance with Tubi’s advertising standards and applicable laws and regulations, specifically including on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Tubi’s Standards & Practices team works closely and cross-functionally with the Sales, Content Operations, and Legal teams to ensure consistent adherence to Tubi’s policies and practices.
This position reports to our Senior Director of Standards and Practices.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply Tubi's Content Standards policies with regard to sexual, violent, and controversial content and review and recommend content for further evaluation or removal from the service
- Interpret and apply Tubi’s advertising content policy to ads that run on the Tubi platform
- Evaluate and substantiate marketing, scientific, and other data submitted by advertisers
- Coordinate with Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Content and Content Operations to ensure proper socialization of ad restrictions and relevant information
- Use internal tools to socialize findings to ensure that policies are consistently implemented
- Highlight policy issues that require further analysis
- Assist in improving operational workstreams by identifying challenges and offering solutions, including improvements to existing guidelines
- Remain updated about the latest streaming industry trends, including conducting analyses of competing streamers’ advertising and content Standards and Practices policies
- Provide administrative and coordinative support to the S&P team
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 1+ years Advertising/ marketing experience
- Must have the ability and be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year
- A willingness to review all types of content and apply Tubi and legal standards without regard to personal beliefs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively with various internal teams, colleagues, managers, producers and advertisers
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Must have superior organization skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Must have good judgment and the ability to discern when to elevate matters to managers
- Must have computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, G-suite, databases and web browsing
- Ability to read and understand Spanish desirable, but not required
- A self-starter, able to organize and complete tasks without heavy management oversight
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Base ($69,000 to $98,000 / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
