Who We Are:
As part of our expansion, we are building a world-class retail sales team to help the world’s largest retailers harness the power of Tubi’s advertising ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage key relationships with C-Level clients and agency partners
- Create consultative sales strategies to demonstrate how Tubi’s advertising solutions—primarily in CTV—can enhance retail brand visibility and consumer connections
- Lead full-funnel campaign development, helping brands drive awareness, consideration, and conversion through tailored media strategies
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI for retail partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in emerging retail marketing technologies, consumer behaviors, and digital innovation
- Mentor new team members as we scale our retail advertising business to include tier one and tier two client partners
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on retail
- Proven success in building and growing partnerships with leading retailers and agency teams
- Deep understanding of retail advertising trends, including shopper journeys, programmatic buying, and cross-platform marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate digital media strategies into actionable business solutions
- Passion for the evolving CTV media landscape and how retail brands can leverage real-time engagement
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
