This role can be hybrid based out of our Los Angeles office or remote in the US.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the merchandising and editorial strategy for four international markets: Canada, Latin America, the UK, and Australia.
- Translate performance data and audience insights into actionable curation and merchandising decisions—across homepage programming, themed content containers, and tentpole campaigns.
- Lead medium- and long-term planning cycles for international editorial priorities, coordinating closely with Programming, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Create and manage category-based, data-backed curations that reflect regional trends and business priorities.
- Support acquisition strategy by identifying regional content needs and surfacing standout opportunities from avails lists.
- Manage ad hoc content projects across internal teams, helping implement experiments, merchandising tests, and tech initiatives.
- Apply project management discipline to editorial execution—tracking timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple time zones.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in content merchandising, editorial, or related entertainment roles
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and apply them to content strategy
- Comfortable navigating CMS tools and large-scale content systems
- Strong command of Excel and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides) - Airtable experience a plus
