About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our viewer and content understanding systems, enhancing our AI/ML models to deliver hyper-personalized experiences across Tubi's platform. This role is pivotal in strengthening our homepage discovery, personalization systems, and supporting cross-team ML initiatives through LLM-powered foundational data.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office.
What You'll Do:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for using ML/AI to deeply understand data and signals across content and viewers, laddering up to our topline company goals and metrics.
- Partner closely with content team to help inform our content strategy and catalog
- Foster a cohesive and high-performing cross-functional team by leading and collaborating with XFN teams across other product teams including product, engineering, design, and data science, as well as closely work with the content teams.
- Own the metadata and models that inform our ML and AI systems, ensuring they effectively power personalized recommendations across various user touchpoints.
- Implement a high rate of experimentation to validate hypotheses, learn from user behavior, and iterate on product features.
Your Background:
- 6-8 years experience in product management, with a strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization and content discovery.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in product experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative development, with the ability to break down a big picture vision into testable hypotheses.
- Experience with large-scale data systems and familiarity with LLMs and foundational models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in the consumer video or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative technology solutions.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
