About the Role:
Tubi’s advertising sales team has an opening in New York for an Analyst, Partner Revenue and Inventory Strategy. In this role, you will be part of a leading AVOD streaming organization—optimizing revenue and inventory management with key DSP & SSP partners. Our ideal candidate has deep experience leading complex analytical projects, making sense of business goals, and partnering closely with Finance to ensure alignment on revenue and operational objectives. This role requires strong math and problem-solving skills, advanced SQL ability, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. The position reports into the Director of Partner Revenue & Demand Strategy.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office. You must be willing to travel to our New York office four days/week.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute complex analytics projects that enhance partner revenue and inventory strategies.
- Analyze inventory performance and uncover opportunities for incremental revenue through different marketplaces.
- Partner closely with Finance to align inventory strategies with business and revenue goals, while ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with Data Science and Analytics teams.
- Troubleshoot yield, pacing, and performance issues independently; provide data-driven solutions.
- Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL to generate insights and drive decision-making.
- Monitor market and inventory trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to maximize monetization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to design scalable yield and inventory processes.
- Present regular updates on revenue, performance trends, and risks to senior stakeholders.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, end-to-end analytic projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong math skills and advanced problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.
- Expertise in Tableau and other data visualization/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$100,500 - $143,600 USD
