This role will be focused on Technical Partner Management, serving as the primary day-to-day technical liaison between Tubi and our external platform partners. You will be responsible for monitoring the operational health of our integrations and will proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and product-related issues alongside our Engineering, Product, QA, and Business Development teams.
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. You must be willing to travel to our San Francisco office three days/week.
What You'll Do:

- Issue Resolution & Triage: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or product issues impacting partner integrations, escalating to internal teams as needed. Reproduce issues and gather relevant details to assist engineering, and manage the incident response process with partners to ensure timely updates, documentation, and resolution.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Investigate changes in product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance. Conduct and communicate compelling, data-driven analyses to identify trends, opportunity areas, and recommendations that drive awareness and product direction.
- Testing & Documentation: Document partner workflows, integration configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Support new integrations with partner QA and testing protocols to ensure technical readiness.
- Strategic Relationships: Build strategic relationships and manage communication and priority alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows to enhance product quality and partner satisfaction.
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, technical account management, QA-oriented product operations, tech consulting, or a similar operations role.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, and web-based technologies.
- Proven experience analyzing large datasets to draw actionable insights, using tools like SQL and Excel to tell a story and influence teams.
- Familiarity with testing tools/frameworks and service monitoring tools.
- Excellent execution, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous issues and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with and build relationships across engineering, product, QA, and external partner teams.
- You are naturally curious, embody a "Team First" attitude, and have a strong sense of ownership.
