Marketing AI Analytics Coordinator
About the Role:
This role is part of our Maker Program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for early-career talent looking to build foundational skills across marketing, creative, and consumer-facing functions.
The Analytics Development role sits within our Marketing Data Science team and is part of a broader rotational program within the marketing organization that will give people the opportunity to work on a wide range of impactful projects.
In this role, you will develop tools and automate workflows that join analytics capabilities with real-world needs — making Tubi's most important growth playbooks faster, more consistent, and more seamless to execute. You'll write code in Python/SQL and other languages using tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, build and manage AI agents that handle high-volume analytics and operational workflows, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with growth marketers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Build and improve internal tools, automations, and lightweight applications that support recurring analytical and operational workflows across Growth Marketing
- Write production-ready Python and SQL to power data workflows, self-serve tooling, and decision-support systems
- Develop systems that automate repeatable analytical tasks, reduce manual work, and improve speed and consistency across key growth playbooks
- Use AI and LLM-based tools where appropriate to support analytics, workflow automation, and stakeholder-facing solutions
- Partner closely with Marketing Data Science, Growth Marketing, and data engineering teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for automation and tool development
- Help design workflows that connect business questions to usable data, analysis, and recommendations more quickly
- Evaluate emerging tools and technical approaches that can improve the speed, quality, or scalability of analytics work
- Contribute to best practices for building reliable, maintainable tools in a fast-moving, data-driven environment
Your Background:
- Up to three years of combined professional experience, including internships; recent graduates welcome
- Technical degree (CS, data science, statistics, engineering, math, or similar) preferred but not required
- Strong foundation in Python and comfort writing code for automation, data processing, or internal tooling
- Comfort with SQL, data manipulation, and thinking in terms of data flows
- Exposure to cloud tooling, workflow orchestration, or ML/analytics platforms is a plus
- Strong business curiosity — you want to understand why a stakeholder is asking a question, not just answer it
Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Application Deadline: May 15, 2026
- Program Timeline: Minimum 18-month commitment, starting Aug 2026, after which successful participants will transition into non-rotational full-time roles
- Work Schedule: Full-time, hybrid in San Francisco with office day requirements. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
- Work Authorization: Must have U.S. work authorization; we are unable to sponsor visas for this program
- Committed and available to work for the entire 18-month length of the program
