About Us
The Tudor Group manages assets across fixed income, currency, commodity and equity asset classes and related derivative instruments in the global markets for an international clientele. Paul Tudor Jones II, Co-Chairman, Chief Investment Officer, and the controlling principal, founded the Tudor Group in 1980. Since its inception, the Tudor Group has grown from one individual into a global investment adviser comprised of more than 400 personnel in the US, the UK, Singapore, France, the Dubai International Financial Centre and Australia. Tudor’s investment strategies today include, among others, discretionary global macro, event driven equity, data driven equity, quantitative global macro, statistical arbitrage and other quantitative trading strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and support investor meetings, including prep notes and attendee coordination
- Assist with prospective investor engagement, including universe tracking and conference preparation
- Respond to investor inquiries, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposal (RFPs), email requests, monitor group email inboxes
- Update investor materials, including reports, quarterly letters, and presentation books
- Support senior team members with travel coordination and expense reporting
- Support Client Service team with website maintenance, fund statement reviews, subscription/redemption processing
- Contribute to firmwide projects and investor events
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency
- Conduct peer analysis and benchmarking reports
- Maintain and update target investor lists
- Manage and ensure accuracy of the investor database
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, ideally within financial services
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Location:
- Willingness to travel regularly between the Stamford, CT and New York offices (approx. 50/50 split)
- This is a hybrid role with 4 days required in office.
Compensation:
Annual base salary for the position is expected to be from $80,000-$100,000 per year. Actual salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience and credentials, and/or skill level, the salary expectations of applicable applicants, and other market conditions. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation will be finalized at the time of offer.
