Netsuite and IT Manager

The TULA Operations Team is looking for a motivated Netsuite and IT Manager who will both ensure consistent Netsuite operations and manage IT initiatives and daily operations, including data security.  This role reports to the Director of Warehousing & Fulfillment, with dotted line reporting to Privacy & Assoc. Information Security Leader.  The role is fully remote with some expected travel for business to mainly New York City throughout the year.

Candidates must live and be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities: 

Netsuite

  • NetSuite ERP: Proficient knowledge of NetSuite’s core modules, including sales and purchasing processes, inventory management, CRM functionalities, financial management.  
  • Report Writing: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive custom searches, reports and dashboards within NetSuite to support real-time decision-making across all levels of the organization. 
  • Ensure these reports accurately reflect the business operations and performance metrics, providing critical insights for strategic planning.
  • Managing User Roles and Permissions: Administer user access and security in NetSuite by carefully managing roles and permissions. Ensure that all users have access aligned with their job functions while maintaining strict data security and compliance standards. Regularly audit user access and adjust permissions as necessary to accommodate changes in roles or business processes.
  • Customizations, Workflow/SuiteFlow Management: Create, optimize, and maintain workflows in NetSuite to automate and streamline business processes. This includes developing custom workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and ensure process consistency across departments. Understanding of scripts is desirable.
  • Celigo Integration with Shopify and Amazon: Maintain the integration of NetSuite with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon using Celigo. Address any errors that come up and create support tickets with vendors as needed. Resolve any orders, fulfillments, item syncs that get stuck in the integration channel. Facilitate any product changes (Celigo, Shopify, NetSuite) with existing integration flows.
  • Shopify: General tool awareness and usability on Shopify. Be able to test orders flow from Shopify to NetSuite and validate fulfillment flows back to Shopify. Refunds, Cancellations, Billing, Inventory, Fulfillments, Orders.
  • Understanding of 3PLs (Third-Party Logistics): Have an understanding of 3PL operations and troubleshoot any issues that come up with transport of orders or fulfillments from/to 3PLs. Understanding of API usage in integrations.
  • Data Migration and Testing: Proficient in CSV uploads, data migration and testing. Onboarding of  B2B Retailers pertaining to EDI testing, integration and launch.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal departments to identify system needs, provide NetSuite training and support, and develop solutions that drive business value. Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, including Celigo support, to resolve any system integration issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and releases and Celigo updates, applying best practices to enhance system performance and business operations. Regularly review and assess the NetSuite environment and Celigo integrations to identify opportunities for improvement.

IT

  • Lead and provide support for all IT projects internally and in collaboration with external partners.
  • Act as an ambassador for IT initiatives within the organization and build cross-functional relationships. 
  • Manage IT initiatives and budget associated with spending, identifying redundancies, and implementing cost-saving solutions.
  • Partner with the parent company and internal teams, such as the digital team, to ensure compliance with data security standards and stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity tools and practices.
  • Provide end-to-end IT support for HR onboarding, offboarding, and daily operations, including user account management, hardware/software support, and data security.

Qualifications: 

  • Candidates must live and be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, including hands-on experience with Celigo integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements with the ability to translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating workflows to automate business processes. Understanding of scripts is desirable.  
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications in NetSuite and Celigo are highly desirable.

  • Broader Network across TULA, Third Parties and Parent Company.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115k-$140k. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.  In addition, TULA offers a variety of benefits to eligible team members, including health insurance coverage, wellness and remote support programs, paid leave programs, education-related programs, Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and others.
